Lawrence plc has been London (AIM) listed since 1995, and through divestment of non core businesses continues to increase its investment in ECO Animal Health's drug development programmes.

To reflect its focus on the business development of ECO Animal Health, Lawrence plc changed its name to ECO Animal Health Group on 17th October 2007.

The company now holds over 600 marketing authorisations, in over 50 countries, and has developed strong relationships with a number of distribution partners globally.
